Sales Staff Trainings
Since 1993 Croatia Airlines Training Centre has been providing a wide variety of training courses in reservations, tariffs and issuance of air traffic documents to the airline staff, passenger and cargo agencies and airport employees.
All training courses are based on IATA standards and led by the experienced Croatia Airlines instructors. After a successful completion of training, all participants are awarded the certificates that are neccessary in the process of IATA accreditation of passenger and cargo agencies, as well as to all those who wish to start a successful career in the airline industry or to enlarge their current knowledge.
Payment
Payment shall be made upon receipt of the invoice that will be sent to all applicants. The payment confirmation must be sent electronically to the Training Coordinator before starting the course. If the candidate cancels the training that has already started, pre-paid amount will not be refunded.

You can apply for a course here. Applications are to be sent not later than 14 days before the beginning of the course.
All applicants should be aware that attendance at "Basic reservations and fare construction training", "Amadeus GDS advanced reservation and ticketing course“ and DGR courses requires basic knowledge of English language.

What you will learn
Candidates will learn how to search for flight information, flight types and schedules, how to identify different types of travel and IATA zones. What you will learn
Participants will learn how to create a PNR that corresponds to the conditions of the target tariff for domestic and international travel, how to create tariffs (informative, automatic and manual) in the Amadeus reservation system. They will learn the basic rules of issuing passenger tickets, as well as basic transactions related to the construction of tariffs and issuing tickets in the Amadeus system.

What you will learn
- understand the ticket exchange procedure
- understand how to make distinction between types of ticket exchange (voluntary/involuntary; before/after)
- practice the voluntary exchange of domestic and international tickets before and after the start of the trip; creation of a TST for the voluntary exchange of domestic and international tickets
- recognize the importance of familiarizing passengers with the conditions for exchanging the purchased ticket

Operational Staff Trainings
Croatia Airlines Training centre provides training for its own flight, cabin and ground staff as well as for external clients. All training courses are based on certified programs that are alined with EASA regulations and are approved by the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency. The internal training courses are organized only for candidates who have passed the selection process for certain positions and are conducted by experienced and certified instructors.
The training courses that we offer to external clients are available exclusively for group courses, regardless of the number of participants. Training programs can be adapted to the specific needs of our customers, while the training venue can also be chosen by the clients.
Attention: We do not accept individual registrations of external candidates in this training category!

Aircraft Maintenance Staff Trainings
Croatia Airlines Technical Training Centre is EASA Part 147 approved maintenance training organisation, located at Zagreb Airport. We offer a wide variety of aircraft type courses and specialized maintenance related training for aircraft maintenance professionals. Technical type training courses are dellivered according to EASA Part 66 / Part 147 requirements; intended target groups are Part 66 AML holders A, B1, B2 or C category and engineers. All other courses are dellivered as Part 66 trainings to meet the needs of Part 145 maintenance organisations.
We have a long experience on providing high quality theoretical and practical trainings. All our instructors come from live aircraft maintenance environment working as certifying staff or authorized engineers.
All our courses are open for both companies and private individuals. Training programs can be customized to the specific needs of the customers, and delivered at our or your facilities.

EASA Part 147 approved Type Training Courses are available at various levels of intensity:
1. General Familiarization, EASA level 1 Part-66 C - A brief overview of the airplane, systems and powerplant as outlined in the Systems Description Section of the Aircraft Maintenance Manual. The successful completion of this training authorizes you to apply for a CAT C license for the respective aircraft type.
2. EASA level 3 Part-66 B1 & B2, Line and Base Maintenance - Detailed description, operation, component location, removal/installation, BITE and trouble- shooting procedures to maintenance manual level. The successful completion of this training authorizes you to apply for a CAT B1 and/or B2 license for the respective aircraft type.
3. EASA level 3 Part-66 B2, Line and Base Maintenance - Detailed description, operation, component location, removal/installation, BITE and trouble- shooting procedures to maintenance manual level.
